Real talk….

You don’t need to have everything figured out before you start (no one does).

You don’t need to be a gluten-free, sugar-free, raw food vegan to be healthy (besides, chocolate is too delicious).

You don’t need to be married to your yoga mat or do a one-handed handstand to love yoga and feel good in your body.

All you need is a little curiosity and a great sense of humor.

(I find they get you through most things in life)

I’m Ashley, your resident goofball and yogi. I believe your path to wellness shouldn’t feel overwhelming or out-of-reach.

I believe cookie-cutter solutions don’t really work for anyone, you can never ask too many questions and laughter is healing.

So I created a space where we can be real and raw, playful and inspired as we explore what life looks like when we define freedom for ourselves and choose to be more vulnerable, courageous and generous.

I want you to know…


You can build resilience while you build strength and flexibility.

You can honor who you are while believing in your future self.

This can be fun...if you let it.


And when you find something that helps you stay sane, centered, grounded and balanced in the middle of this messy, imperfect, sometimes brutal and always beautiful life -

do more of THAT.
